From tech requirements to scheduling and trials, we designed the experience to feel effortless.
Do I need any special software or hardware for sessions?
No specialized hardware is required. A laptop or tablet with a stable internet connection, a modern browser, and a working microphone is enough. A webcam is recommended so your tutor can read your cues, but it is not mandatory.
Can I change or cancel a booked session?
Yes. You can reschedule or cancel up to 12 hours before your session directly from your dashboard. Inside the 12-hour window, cancellations count toward your session quota so mentors can protect their calendars.
What happens during the free trial?
Your free trial includes a live 30-minute session where your tutor diagnoses your current level, maps your goals, and walks you through our virtual classroom tools. There is zero obligation to continue if it is not a fit.
Can parents join or review the sessions?
Parents can join the onboarding call and receive monthly progress reports. Session recordings and key notes are available in the Parent Dashboard so you always know what your child is working on.
